Returns & Refunds Policy
All purchases from How Saved Are You? are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds unless the product arrives damaged.
In the case of a damaged product, you must notify us within 10 days of receiving the item. To be eligible for a return or exchange:
Send an email to howsavedareyou@gmail.com
Include a clear image of the damaged product
Include a screenshot or photo of your bill/receipt that shows the purchase date is within the last 10 days
We will review your claim and contact you with next steps. If approved, we will either replace the item or issue a refund using the same method of payment used for the original purchase. You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
Returning Goods
Please do not send any products back unless requested by our team after reviewing your damage claim.
We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. If we request a return, we recommend using an insured and trackable mail service.
Gifts
If the goods were marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, any approved refund for a damaged item will be issued as a gift credit. Once the returned item is received (if required), a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the goods weren’t marked as a gift, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves before giving it to you, we will send the refund (if approved) to the original purchaser.
